By submitting the booking form on this website, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
Booking Confirmation
All bookings submitted through this website are considered booking requests and are subject to confirmation.
After receiving your request, Mary will review the details and confirm availability by email.
Mary will normally contact you one day before the scheduled transfer, sightseeing tour, or day trip to confirm the final details.
Vehicle Capacity
Services are typically provided using a 7-seat MPV vehicle driven by Mary.
The practical passenger capacity is:
up to 4 passengers with luggage, or
up to 6 passengers without luggage
For sightseeing tours or longer services, passengers should consider comfort, weather conditions, and available space in the vehicle.
For example, a group of 6 passengers may not be comfortable for longer sightseeing tours during hot weather or extended daytime services.
Guests are kindly asked to take these factors into account when selecting the number of passengers for a booking.
If a larger or more comfortable vehicle is required, a minivan may be arranged upon request, and a separate price offer will be provided.
Airport Arrivals and Waiting Time
For airport arrivals, up to 60 minutes waiting time after the actual landing time is included in the service.
If your flight is delayed, Mary will make reasonable efforts to adjust the pickup time according to the updated landing time, depending on availability.
Passengers are responsible for providing the correct flight number and landing time.
Departure Transfers
For transfers from the city to the airport, passengers are responsible for selecting an appropriate pickup time based on:
airline check-in requirements
expected traffic conditions
Pricing
Prices displayed on the website apply to private bookings per vehicle, not per person.
For airport transfers, the service price may include:
the official taxi meter fare
a guiding or service fee
These may be invoiced separately in accordance with Hungarian regulations.
Deposit for Higher-Value Services
For longer services such as day trips or international transfers, a deposit of 20% may be required to secure the booking.
If required, Mary will send a payment request link by email, which allows secure card payment.
The booking is considered confirmed once the deposit has been received.
Cancellation Policy
Airport Transfers
Airport transfers cannot be cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time.
If the booking is cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled service, the full transfer price may be invoiced.
Day Trips and Long-Distance Transfers
For services requiring a deposit (such as day trips or international transfers), the booking can be cancelled free of charge more than 7 days before the service.
If the booking is cancelled within 7 days of the scheduled service, the 20% deposit is non-refundable.
Passenger Responsibility
Passengers are responsible for providing accurate booking information, including:
flight number
pickup address
date and time of service
contact phone number (with country code and preferably with WhatsApp access)
Incorrect or incomplete information may affect the service.
Guests are kindly asked to provide accurate details and clearly communicate any special requests.
Unforeseen Circumstances
Mary cannot be held responsible for delays or service disruptions caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:
traffic accidents
demonstrations or public events
road closures
severe weather conditions such as storms, heavy rain, or hail

By submitting the booking form, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
